July 30th

Okay not that anyone is going to check this before tomorrow morning but we're doing another game time at the park tomorrow.  This one has been on the schedule since the beginning so no surprises here!  Meet at the park at 10:00am and we'll play some games and eat Otterpops.  See you there!

Plans For July 16th

After discussing some conflicts that my sister and I have, we've decided to change the activity this Friday. We were planning on visiting a nursing home on the 16th, but it's not going to work out.

Instead, we want to invite everyone to the Vae View Park at 10 a.m. on Friday to play kick-ball and enjoy a yummy little treat from yours truly. If there are any further conflicts, I will try my hardest to correct this post before the event occurs.

July 16th - activity changed!

New activity - Fun at the Park.

Meet at 10am at VV park for some kickball and other park games. Little ones can play on the toys. There will be water and a treat (if you want to bring something to share that would be great too!). Lots of fun to be had!

June 11, 2010 "Gardening"

Hi Everyone,

Just a reminder that this Friday is our first Summer get together. This summer is going to be incredible fun! We will be starting at 10 am and ending at approximately 12pm. Check back for the location later this week. Spread the word to those who may not have internet access. These activities are for ALL moms and young children in the neighborhood. If you have any questions please leave a comment with your email address and we will get back with you. Of course if you would rather call, that is always an option too. Our first summer-time activity will be centered around a "garden" theme.  The idea is that half of our activities are SERVICE-oriented and the other half are FUN.  Though the service projects are ALSO fun...they teach our kids the value of helping others without obligation. 

We will have all the details for each activity posted on this website 2 weeks in advance so check back at the end of May and for more information on our first activity.
